Domestic Medium Hair / Mixed (medium coat) Cat

Scarlett the Cat needs a home

Scarlett is a black and white beauty who was trapped as a feral kitten, along with her brothers Scampi & Spatts. She outgrew her "feral" and has blossomed into a sweet and loving girl. Scarlett is slow to bond with you, and will need someone who is patient, understanding and willing to take the time she needs to build her confidence and trust. She has come a long way, she just needs the right person to bring her to the finish line. She is a talkative gal who just wants love, but is still unsure. She will need a quiet, low key home, where attention can be focused on her. If there is another calm cat in the home, this can be good for Scarlett, as she may learn from the other cat. She enjoys being brushed & petted but is unsure about being held. Her Foster Mom has been working with her to bring out her true personality and potential. Scarlett is 2 1/2 years old, spayed, current on vaccines, Feline Leukemia/FIV negative and looking for that special person to build her life with. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact her Foster Mom, Suzi, at 941-724-9869. You may also visit our website, kerryscats.org to complete an application for adoption.
